The Gold Coast facility was established in 2007 and is currently home to technology start-up firms with differing technology disciplines.Facilities include:
- Fully furnished office space – providing member companies with flexible workspace arrangements which meet their changing resource requirements.

- Private phone lines with voice mail
- Dedicated mail address with mailbox
- Priority use of conference room
- Sharing of front reception area

Skills and Networking
GCIC provides access to regular seminars and workshops to build commercialisation and business skills. Seminars and workshops and guidance from the GCIC executive team and Advisory Panel members cover a broad range of areas depending on member needs: intellectual property, freedom to operate, strategic IP management, marketing, market research, business planning, capital raising options, due diligence, commercial structures, corporate governance, sales and deal closing, partnering, strategic alliances and exit strategies.
