Laurence Hammond
Dr Laurie Hammond manages early-stage venture capital investments in new technology-based enterprises.  He is a founder and director of Timsco Pty Ltd and manages a portfolio of companies in iQ Fund 1. He also is a founder and director of iQ Capital Management, a funds management company with investments in technology and property.

Since 2000, Laurie has been a member of national advisory and funding bodies for industry development and innovation, including the Federal Government’s review of the National Innovation System, the Industry Research & Development Board, the R&D Tax Concession Committee, the Cooperative Research Centers (CRC) Committee, and the Queensland Food, Fibre and Agribusiness Council.

Laurie is a director of a number of private and unlisted public companies.
