Martin’s time is divided between developing new interests in Australia and continuing to leverage his expertise overseas. In Australia he has invested in a number of private companies; acted as advisor to these companies and accepted a Board role for selected investments. He is also a mentor to investors / executives of emerging organisations. In addition he seeks to promote Australian products /services in the Middle East and works to attract Middle East investment into Australia.

In the Middle East he has worked for USAid; for Search Consultants; as an Associate of a Management Consulting Group and with other professional offices.

Throughout his career Martin has concentrated on the strategic development of organisations with a strong focus on profitability; he opened and operate two successful management consulting offices. The majority of his assignments have concentrated on increasing the added value of business processes.
