Peter Emery

CEO, Medigard Limited

Peter has thirty years’ experience in management of businesses as lawyer, investment banker, general manager, company director and consultant.

Currently, Peter is Chief Executive Officer and Company Secretary for Medigard Limited, a medical devices company which he helped to commercialise and list on the ASX. Peter is also a Non-Executive Director of two not for profit boards and a member of six separate Managed Investments Compliance Committees three of which he chairs. In addition, Peter is a presenter and facilitator for various Australian Institute of Company Director education programs.

Peter brings a breadth of practical experience across a range of industries working with companies at various stages of corporate development. His skills and interests lie in strategic planning, implementing organisational systems and corporate governance.
